farewell

well this was indeed sad to draw I drew it as a present for my music teacher who has had me through this year. I hadn't done TEE music last year and somehow the man has helped me to not only pass but be one of the top students in music. We had a farewell concert for band, in which we play all of our songs and then the year 12's leave band. Its really sad because the one thing I looked forward to in the week was band, I love playing in them and now I have this massive time gap to fill. When i gave this to my teacher he got all teary eyed and I felt like crying >.< I'm really glad that he appreciated this because I appreciate him to no end.

Done in graphite with reference over 2 days. Took around 5 hours.
